Very clean and great facilities. Location perfect.

Location! Location! Location! Very spacious space. Recently renovated. Amazing view and the price was great. The host was aswesome. Very responsive and accommodating. I will book again. So close to everything especially the Malecón where all the local night life eatery and shopping is located. The noise level was not and issue and the beds were cumffy. Wish I could post my video.

Water pressure. Took four hours to fill the out door sauna. And it only filled half way. Water pressure was bad in the shower too. The elevator was broken. I had to walk up four flights of stairs in a hot and humid stairwell with all my luggage. I was sweating and exhausted by the time I got to my door. There was some ceiling damage. The controls for the ac and the lights were very confusing. But the ac works good once you figure it out. Lastly the locking of the door. You need to key to get in and out. You have to manually lock the door behind you with the key. Otherwise it remains unlocked. The key got stuck a feed times. Some of the lights didn’t work.

This place has a great location and a beautiful rooftop view. Easy self check in and the condo has everything you need to have a great stay.

The property has a very old elevator that we were stuck in a for a while. It should just be taken out of order. Very unreliable.

The location was the best close To the Malecon we were able To walk w everywhere. The place is beautiful w beach view & you can watch sunset while In outside tub w jets. The entire place was windowed and glass doors even one bedroom which was one of my fav features The rooftop access was stunning. Has nice lighting and you can see everything from there w nice seating and swings as well. The manager Abraham was so helpful and always responded to my messages. He also went above and beyond for us when we needed extra help w our luggage.

Abraham was very attentive to our needs and questions. My family and I felt very comfortable and safe staying here. The apartment was amazing. The location was great and centrally located to entertainment and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.
