El edificio necesita rehabilitación. Mal aislamiento acústico. Bañera en vez de ducha. Sin horno convencional.

Appartement très spacieux, tout le nécessaire au niveau cuisine et linge. Très proche de la mer et des commerces. Juste un peu bruyant à l'intérieur mais vraiment rapport qualité prix, excellent.
