Óptima localização. Espaçoso, ainda que seja um estúdio. Uma boa varanda. Excelente relação qualidade preço.

Não tinha ferro de engomar. A TV e microondas eram bastante velhos. Haviam muito poucos utensílios de cozinha. A recepção tem um horário muito reduzido.
