"Very rude staff, poor cleanliness and not suitable for families with babys"

Good location

Very rude staff and they lied about the baby friendly accommodation. In the 1st floor where the bed area is was a big open inside window until the floor without a railing so that our baby could have fallen down a complete flight. When we confronted the staff with this issue they were really rude and told us that if our baby was a priority we should have booked a more expensive room. They were not interested in finding a solution without danger for our baby
