IPANA Luxury Apartments by Vacaciones.Yeah

L’appartement est magnifique. Il est très bien situé, à quelques pas de la rue principale de la ville. Les piscines sur le toit sont incroyables. L’endroit est très calme.

Very modern and beautifully decorated apartment with all essential facilities, including multiple outdoor rooftop swimming pools and gyms in the apartment block. The apartment block is located in a quiet and secure area just behind La Quinta Avenida, with restaurants, street foods and grocery stores all close by. The host replied to our enquiries and helped us solved a bathroom problem in a very timely manner. Luggage storage was possible after check-out.

While it is not far from La Quinta Avenida, it takes about 20 minutes walk to the ferry terminal and the bus terminal. Not a problem for us, but something to keep in mind if you are travelling with big luggage and do not want to take the taxi. We had to wear a non-removable bracelet to identify ourselves as guests, but this seemed to be the standard around here. Overall, one of the best apartments we had stayed in when travelling!

This is a condominium complex where you had private and rental units. There was a rooftop pool and other leisure facilities. Had parking, about 2 mins walk to 5th Ave and 4 mins walk to beach. 20 mins from xcaret. Balcony was very large with nice seating area. There was a large rooftop

Didn’t have twin beds. Bathroom was little small

APT. was comfortable, well equipped, good size, and very clean. Good size refrigerator and very good working A/C. Host was easily reached through Booking.com chat.

Through no fault of host, unit overlooks a very active construction site. Fan and overhead bedroom light not working.

Las piscinas eran increíbles. Camas cómodas y baños amplios. Buena ubicación para quienes son buenos para caminar.

El sofá cama no era tan cómodo.

The apartment was nice and very comfortable. The location was great and the host attentive. The rooftop pool was also very relaxing.

There is a large and noisy construction site next door. Work starts at 8am Monday to Saturday. We had a direct view of the site which meant is was hard to enjoy the balcony.
