- we felt very safe - swimming pool and rooftop are great - everything is walking distance

- the floors were not clean (there was sand on the ground) - some walls, around the sink area and bathroom, were dirty

very convenient to walk to shops and dinner. Pool area is very nice too

The pools at the rooftop and the apartment was a very good place

The smell at the hallways sometimes at the afternoon smell like drainage

Although the location was a little far from the bus station, it was perfectly located in other aspects- close to the beach, close to lots of great places to eat and near to a supermarket (Chedraui). There was also a 7/11 next door, making it easy to purchase water etc. late at night. We were sent the details about how to access the room keys from the lockbox in an email shortly before our stay and the information provided was easy and clear to understand. We loved the rooftop swimming pools and seating. There were multiple pools available and it was easy to find somewhere to relax by the pool as there was plenty of seating. The facilities were very clean and we saw staff regularly cleaning. We were on the ground floor in a one bedroom flat so had easy access and had AC and a kitchen area and devices (kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer).

The room was great but could have done with a paint refresh as it was a little marked but overall the stay was great and we would return there again. Just to note- I hadn't realised that room cleaning was not included during our stay (additional cost). This wasn't a problem as we weren't staying for long, but I imagine some people might be disappointed with this.

Loved the location to restaurants and shopping and the rooftop pool.

This was a fantastic stay. Very friendly stagf. Good location, very modern sleek apartment that was set up well for both long term and short term stay. Pool was also well maintained and clean.

The apartment itself was quite nice, with a reasonably comfortable bed and sofa. The location is great -- a very short walk from some nice touristy stuff by the beach and also a lot of good local spots. The pool and weight room are nice.

The hosts have a stingy attitude. The worst example of this is that the sheets were the wrong size for the bed, and so the bottom several inches of the mattress are exposed. When we mentioned this to them, they dismissed our complaint. They only gave us a couple of bath towels and a couple of beach towels. For 2 people staying for 8 days this is somewhat inconvenient, especially without a convenient way to do laundry. They provided a very small set of bath supplies, and reluctantly provided more shampoo and bar soap after a lengthy exchange. Overall, it felt like their attitude was much more focused on saving a couple bucks than making sure we have a comfortable stay. Aside from this though, we were generally happy with our stay.
