שלצוות בבניין אין קשר למארח, לכל עניין/בקשה צריך לפנות אליו רק דרך התכתבות בבוקינג, הזמנתי דירה שציינתי שאנחנו 5 נפשות, לא הכינו לנו את הספה לשינה בסלון

Instalaciones muy amplias y limpias. La piscina en la azotea.

great location. close to 5th str and grocery store. big space. wifi is very fast. tv is nice and big as well and could easily stream movies. place was clean when i arrived. checkin/checkout very easy through lockbox. host was very communicative. nice gym and rooftop pools. balcony large. bed very comfortable and easy to sleep.

this is very minor but the balcony faced a busy street 38th. so during the day, there is car noise but none at night.

Stayed in apartment B 102. There is constant building noise, which was confirmed by maintenance and was not mentioned in the listing. It made rest difficult throughout the stay. They offered to move me to another 1st floor apartment, but since the noise comes from the building itself, I did not want to lose time relocating only to face the same issue again. Regarding cleanliness, the towels were worn out and appeared to have been used for cleaning floors or shoes. The linens had visible bleach stains, and the apartment did not feel properly refreshed.

So great! Unit and pool area were fabulous!

Patio chairs were uncomfortable

Everything was perfect. Very clean and a really good location. The staff is amazing. So kind and helpful. Thank you for the great stay!

Je connais très bien ce bloc d immeubles mais première fois dans cet appartement. L avantage c est que c est très calme surtout si on compare avec d autres à Playa. C est relativement neuf, moderne et les piscines sur le toit un vrai plus. Place de parking avec l appartement.

Das Apartment und die Poollandschaft waren sehr schön. Die Lage war auch perfekt.
