Studio Pulpito in the charming heart of downtown PV

The location is just perfect.the neighbor hood is very friendly. Very safe area. Very close to the zona romantica.and if you wanna taste really Mexican food there is a market nearby delicious food and Very cheap I definitely go back to this place.

Close to downtown but up a hill which can be a workout walking up

El estudio resulta pequeño, pero suficiente para dos personas, muy limpio y con las comodidades necesarias, la anfitriona siempre al tanto de cualquier necesidad, la zona muy tranquila y buenos vecinos, solo que para llegar hay una pendiente elevada, pero el servicio de taxis es muy eficiente y barato, por lo general lo recomiendo. Yo lo volvería a ocupar en otra ocasión.

Really clean and comfortable unit. Good communication. Laundry, coffee, water provided, which was great and appreciated. Will definitely stay again, when in the area. Good value for the money.

Good location in the Zona Romantica. It is up on a hill in a safe neighborhood with mostly locals. There is a supermarket around the corner and small food stands around. Close to many restaurants, bars and the beach. The studio is clean, big enough for 2 people and has functional and new equipments (flat screen TV, fridge, microwave, washing machine). Maricel is a nice and helpful host, very responsive.

The apartment is located in a street that is pretty animated day and night. You will hear construction noises, music, animals (dogs, cats, rooster) and kids playing in the streets. It didn't bother us as much because we were mostly out all day, just keep in mind the place isn't soundproof. Another thing that can be tricky is that the studio has high humidity. Wet clothes won't dry inside and your stuff tends to be a bit damp in the morning.
