Sistemazione ottima. Bella vista e a pochi passi dal mare. Padrone di casa eccellente.

L'unica pecca, il rumore poiché l'appartamento si trova sull'Aurelia, strada molto trafficata, ma con delle cuffie antirumore o dei tappi si risolve.

Vor unserer Ankunft erhielten wir eine detaillierte Anleitung, die reibungslos funktionierte. Zudem standen Parkmöglichkeiten für zwei Fahrzeuge zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen und präsentierte sich in einem noch besseren Zustand als auf den Bildern. Das Personal zeichnete sich durch Freundlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit aus.

Leider sind alle Strände kostenpflichtig, was ich zuvor noch nie gesehen habe.

Хороший, отзывчивый хозяин. Очень чистая квартира, есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Отличное месторасположение. До моря 5 минут, до супермаркета 15 секунд. Рядом много кафе/пиццерий.

Arnaldo was really helpful and very responsive, great communication. Great location close to station and beach, as well as local supermarket, great gelateria and restaurants.

Appt is great, but be aware that the beach is pretty much all private with sunshade at 2 loungers costing 40 to 60 euros a day. But then that's August and we're very close to Rome... Small public areas are all rocky and not great.
