Very central position in Santa Marinella close to the sea as well. Nice sea view

The apartment had only windows on the main road so no air flowing to refresh the apartment (we had to request an AC with extra costs because the weather was quite hot).

"great beachside break"

great location, surrounded by really good restuarants. close to train station and supermarket next door. host is fantastic and nothing was to much trouble. tip for the beach: go by train to Santa severa it will take 8minutes on the train then a 20 minute walk to a great free beach where you can take you own chairs/umbrella for free or hire a lounge and umbrella for 9€ cafes and bars everywhere. lounges/umbrella will cost 40€ in Santa marinella and the beach is poor.

some people say it is noisy but please remember that every whete in Italy in the summer is noisy. we found that when the shutters and windows are all closed the noise is no issue
