Situation au coeur de la vieille ville. Parkings gratuits pas trop loin (qq centaines de mètres max)

A. Ce logement est impropre à la location. Il aurait dû être aménagé avant: A1. cloisonner le lit hors du séjour. La présence du lit dans le séjour est étrange et inconfortable (bruit du frigo, temperature soit trop froide pour y passer du temps, soit trop chaude pour dormir) A2. aménager une cuisine digne de ce nom (actuellement inadaptée aux proportions humaines) A3. une porte coulissante séparant la cuisine serait un plus pour isoler le reste du logement du bruit du frigo. B. Difficulté de contacter les gestionnaires (telephone, message, réponses par chatbot) C. Approche client particulière ('vous êtes le problème' 'je ne crois pas', 'nous gérons 50 logements, de notre expérience le problème vient du client pas du logement')

C'est un très beau logement, on ne peut mieux placé dans la vieille ville, juste à 20 mètres de 'l'entrée de la crypte de la basilique. Le style est agréable et la petite cour commune est très plaisante pour un apéro.

Helaas was de parkeergelegenheid gering, mede door bouwwerkzaamheden in de straat. Het systeem van de voordeursleutel was onduidelijk, dat die weer terug in het kastje moest.

Lovely spacious apartment, which was clean and comfortable. Everything that we needed was available, plenty of towels and basics such as washing up liquid and tea towels, which are often forgotten, and a large walk-in shower with plenty of hot water. The situation was perfect for enjoying the old town restaurants and bars, literally on the doorstep. We can definitely recommend staying here....

Unfortunately, there is only one toilet, in the bathroom, which made for some uncomfortable moments for our party of five 65+ yr olds. Also, the apartment is at the top of the building, accessed by lots of stairs, and there's another staircase inside to access the bedrooms. Narrow winding staircases are very common in old French buildings, and were not a problem for us, but this should be borne in mind if anyone has any mobility issues.

De locatie in het oude stadscentrum is schitterend. Je kan van daaruit ook makkelijk te voet naar de zee, of andere delen van Boulogne. Het is rustig in het appartement, het is er ruim en gezellig en lekker warm!
