Great location and all the amenities including 2 buggy's. Valet service from the airport

Everything all good apart from the valet service not turning up when we had to check out.

"Perfect relaxation, so much space for family with teens"

The well equipped spacious apartment, stunning view from our room, and thoughtful provisions made our stay instantly relaxing. The golf buggies were a bonus - it was great to be met at the airport and to use the buggy to get back to the airport when flying out.

"Lovely place to soak up the incredible beauty of Hamilton Island."

The location and views and location were even better than expected when we booked. It was a great bonus to have use of the buggy for the duration of our stay and the apartment was very spacious.

We had not understood that we would need to use a communal pay-as-you-go laundry on another floor. Fixtures and appliances are getting quite tired and noisy and the much of the apartment could benefit from an update.

"Fantastic view, uncomfortable couch, ceiling fans and fridge noisy and the unit owner very unorganised"

Location and view

Property owner forgot we were booked in and forgot to pick us up at the terminal. We had to make our own way to the room. There were no key’s available as the resort does not manage the room. A disaster in management.
