Beachfront Hamilton Island

Great location right by Catseye Beach and good space - with 3 generously sized bedrooms and a large balcony with a lot of amenities and well equipped.

Kitchen and bathrooms are dated but functional. Shower wasn’t great.

Great location and plenty of room for a large family or 2 small families. Great to have access to 2 golf carts for transportation around the island. Peter was very easy to contact and very friendly when a minor air conditioning problem occurred and it was fixed the same day. Would highly recommend this apartment.

What a beautiful view, very nice spacious place to stay. The location and included buggy really made the stay. Good communication from owners and valet team. Would definitely recommend and would return.

States laundry facilities available - washing machine. These were not in apartment and Had to pay to use (low price). States coffee machine included but pods had additional cost. Also staff on reception could not help with any queries as stay is independently organised which makes sense but not always that helpful if needing advice around the laundry for example.

Perfect location. Right across Catseye Beach and so many facilities close by. The location and view makes this place so worth it!! Complimentary buggy and valet!

1. Water pressure for the shower. If wanting a hot shower turn on the hot water first and then the cold water. It comes out like a trickle. 2. The front door lock is abit old so you need to pull the door handle towards you and turn the key. 3. Not really the property but a tip for buggy drivers. The glass panel at night obscures your vision when the opposite buggies have their lights on. Its incredibly difficult to see with the glass pane fully covered so be mindful! 😅

Air conditioner struggled

The location was good

Very old outdated property. Mould in bathrooms, toilets are old and stained, shower heads all broken and leak water from casings. Lots of grime and dirt in bathrooms and kitchen. Golf carts are probably the oldest on island. No rain or weather protectors like all the other hotel golf carts have. Wet/damp smell throughout rooms. Furniture is well used and needs replacing. Building was not compliant with current smoke alarm legislation and laws. No smoke alarms at all in building upon arrival. Took 3 days of constant following up with owner to get smoke alarms installed. Air conditioning systems are old and noisy. Patio holds water if it rains, tiling job is horrible and water doesn’t flow to waste. One of the bedrooms had previous damage (plaster and carpet had been removed) and was not advised. Owner doesn’t meet at airport as specified in the booking description. Staff and contractors are very friendly and helpful. Nil issues with Hamilton Island staff.

Met at the airport by staff member, given the keys and a golf buggy for the duration of our stay. Awesome service. The only issue (minor) we had was the tv remote needed new batteries.
