Isabel nos ha recibido muy bien, siempre muy simpática y disponible. El apartamiento está fantástico, cómodo, y cerca del cientro. La llegada y check-in fueran muy sensillos y las instrucciones de Isabel fueran muy utiles. Nos ha gustado la experiencia y lo recomendamos. <3 Isabel's welcome was great, she was always very kind and super available. The apartment is great, cozy and near the city center. Our arrival and check-in were very simple and Isabel's instructions were very useful and easy to follow. We enjoyed the experience very much and absolutely recommend it. <3

El piso relación calidad-precio está bien y relativamente cerca del centro de Vitoria para ir andando. Accesible y con las necesidades básicas. Además detalle de botella de vino de regalo de bienvenida.

Los colchones de las habitaciones merecerían un cambio ya que estaban hundidos y las cortinas olían a humedad, recomendable revisarlo ya que era fuerte.

Una auténtica ESTAFA. Nos ha obligado a pasarle a su bizum personal un dinero extra por supuestamente tener que venir abrirnos la puerta cuando la realidad es que funciona como todas las viviendas de los especuladores, con código, el cual por supuesto no nos ha dado hasta el ingreso de ese dinero a su cuenta PERSONAL Una auténtica estafa

Very good, clean and spacious apartment not far from the city center. Free parking is possible nearby (at least in the first part of September we had no problem to find a place). The communication with the host was very pleasant. So there is nothing to complain about.
