Apartamento limpio y muy cómodo

Como llegamos en ola de calor faltó aire acondicionado, pero nos dejaron unos ventiladores que funcionaban perfectamente

Nos gustó la ubicación y la amplitud del piso. Destacar la amabilidad de la anfitriona. Muy atenta , tratando de que nuestra estancia fuese lo mejor posible.

Todo estaba bien.

Casa con todo lo necesario.Las camas muy cómodas y la atención del personal estupenda.Nos dejaron agua fría en la nevera y café y algo de fruta ,cosas muy de agradecer cuando has hecho un montón de km para llegar

Si hubiera tenido dos cuartos de baño, hubiera sido ya impresionante

Camas cómodas, espacio y muy limpio.

El único pero, pero muy molesto fue que no nos pudimos duchar porque el agua caliente no funcionaba. Lo comunicamos, nos contestaron que mandarían a alguien a revisarlo cuando nos fuéramos (normal), pero nosotros (4 personas) nos quedamos sin duchar después de un día entero conduciendo.

Very well equipped and organised apartment, comfortable, cosy, a home from home.

Didn't realise apartment was on 4th floor until we arrived, great difficulty wrestling bikes in & out of small lift.

Lovely clean and spacious 3 bedroom flat located 20 mins walk away from the train station in a quiet neighborhood. The bathroom was very clean with good water pressure and the beds were all comfortable. I didn’t use the kitchen but it was fully equipped. Very very fabulous value for the price and highly recommended for a home feel in Vitoria-Gasteiz. Communicating with the owner and getting in to the flat is extremely easy. Will surely stay again!

You could hear the neighbors a bit through the walls and floor - but this is common in all flats

Firstly, this property was immaculately clean. Secondly, it included all the amenities needed for a week say. The kitchen was well equipped for all our cooking needs. While the location isn’t in the city center, it’s just a short walk to grocery stores and public transportation routes.
