Plenty of room for us girls

I always research fully when booking for us 5 ladies and one of the must haves was a pool. We were not allowed to use the pool for the full amount of the time we were there. There was some problem with the water. This was hugely disappointing to us all and feel we did not get what we paid for.

Spacious apartment with everything we needed in it, close to supermarket and some bars/restaurants. Big balcony. Clean complex. Cant comment on the pool as we didnt use it.

Found the complex dark and creepy, wouldnt want to stay there alone. Locked gate to enter, then a door to enter complex unlocked. The gate could be climbed and anyone could enter?? Is that why the room doors are quadruple locks? If my husband went out, I was locked in because he needed the keys for the gate etc. Just found it odd. We sat on towels on the sofa as it looked stained, balcony was big with nice seating, but if you had the aircon on inside you couldnt hear anything. Not a reflection on the apartment, but if we went to La Cala again i would book an apartment that you didnt have to cross the motorway to get to the beach/town etc.

The staff were the most unhelpful I have never experienced before. We found the complex very much a local commumity and felt very unwelcome especially around the pool area so we spent most of our time going off the complex. As we were leaving the apartment on our last day the door closed with the key inside the door we went to the office at 9.45am to report this and met with a very unhelpfull representative of your company who straight away told us a locksmith would have to be called out and we would be charged but we witnessed the maintenance man coming out of room within 10 minutes of us being told this was not possible we contacted your local office who said a key had been found so we were able to enter and pick up passports and tickets that were left inside this was the key that was left in the door and was not a spare key.....I understand that if a locksmith had to be called out we would have been charged but please do not think that we are idiots this situation caused me so much distress and caused me to be taken ill on our flight home I am so saddend that our holiday ended on such a distressing end a bit more compassion would have meant a lot Patricia Clewley 07941 686118

One bedroom apartment was on the Lidl side, 2nd floor. Everything was fine with the apartment.
