Lets in the Sun Blue Cala

Spotless modern beautifully decorated apartment on the ground floor which was perfect for access to lidl and to center of La cala and to the beach (@10mind) there is plenty of choice in Jardin botanico area for bars and restaurants a stones throw away . The pool was also fabulous and the whole complex was always spotless clean . Great communication to collect n drop off keys and a detailed map of where apartment was . We will definitely return .

No issues with the property but terrible experience getting damage deposit back. I left the property in as good a condition as I found it and returned home. I remembered that I was due a 200 euro refund, I contacted letting agents 3 times through Booking.com and once directly by email, it has over two months now and no response. whatsoever. If you want your deposit back don’t book this property

The flat was not clean. During our stay, the electricity fused three times, the boiler failed and had to be replaced. Three light bulbs had to be replaced, and the shower head broke. But these failures were rectified quickly. Not once did the office staff hint at apologising for any inconvenience. The coffee machine broke, the bedside lights did not work and I had to fix them myself. Only one teaspoon in the flat. We were told that the outside gate key did not work properly, which was true. The flat was tired and greasy, the sofa was smelly, the sheets and towels were not clean, but we washed them several times and they became pleasantly clean - they just hadn't been cleaned properly, just like the rest of the flat. Pillow cases were stained, mattress cover the wrong size and worn. No smoke or CO2 alarms. We had to wash all the plates and cutlery before using them. There is no facility for leaving cases when you have to vacate the flat at 10am. Not acceptable. Several nail holes in the walls, grouting in the bathroom and kitchen dirty and stained. Aside from that everything was great and we had a good time.

the property was more than fine for a family of six. the location was ideal and we would definitely come back.

the only thing we didn’t like was that our children weren’t allowed to use inflatables in the swimming pool.

only little annoyance was hall light and bedroom light didn’t work and 2 of the outside chairs were broken.

very modern. comfortable. Huge balcony! TV in every room. Some Uk plug points. Firestick! Ground floor which was perfect for my Mum. Alison from the office was very helpful. I would definitely come back & recommend.

Apartment was in a great location, within walking distance for the beach, restaurants and shops! Lovely and clean with a great pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was what we wanted so there wasn't anything I didn't like.
