Ivan was very spontaneous to organize our stay. He was very helpful to give us a great time in Marina di Ragusa.

Location next to beach and Piazza

No hotel amenities, this is only an apartment, but I knew that when booking, so was not disappointed

Very nice location close to the beach and shops and restaurants. It was also very nice to have a balcony. The room was bright, spacious and modern. An absolute thrill! And Ivan was a super sweet host and could recommend some really nice stuff

I would say- everything what you would may find as bad inside, is compensated by view from the apartment terrace :) apartment is super comfy and clean. Was just amazing to have my own,, separate bathroom as a girl, living room along with kitchen is equipped with all staff you may need (including ironing which is not so popular )and great acoustic in there 🤌 additionally, we could enjoy spiaggia with our own umbrella and beach chairs available at the apartment. Communication with owner and check in instructions were great ! In real I can't find any negative point of this stay because even lack of coffee at the apartment was motivating to visit local great cafeterias :)
