The location was the absolute best. Right on the seafront with great walking in both directions. And the Piazza was right around the corner. Patios were great. And even though I didn't get to meet Ivan in person, I lilked him alot. He was great to talk to.

There was no breakfast. Actually there wasn't anything in the kitchen. No coffeee/salt, teatowels or papertowels. I noticed some stains in the ceiling that should be addressed. And the linens were very cheap at best. Stayed in other B&B ands the linens were lovely Italian ones. Also for someone with back or knee problems, the 2 flights of stairs (esp with luggage) were hard. Also parking wasnt too bad, but in the summer it would be horrible.
