Relatively well priced but that’s about it…

There are two locations with this name which makes it super confusing and when asking the staff where to go via the messaging tool, they only responded in Spanish. When I arrived at the property the reception staff did not care or give instruction, simply just continued watching their show on their phone. ‘View’ from the balcony was just bad and the area not to be desired.

Great location with lots of good restaurant and cafe options nearby. Nice rooftop pool. The room itself was solid, comfortable bed, good AC.

There was no gym, and sometimes there would be a lot of dogs barking at night, but usually not for long.

Modern, clean, and safe.

Noisy especially dogs barking intermittently at night. Views from unit weren’t scenic at all. Nicer on rooftop. Also, finding this place was difficult due to Google sending us in wrong direction.

The room is really well supplied with cooking items, salt, oil, and beach items. The TVs are larger than other places I've stayed in the area. New building is pretty clean and stylish. Easy area to walk without being next to the crazy clubs on 5th Ave.

The pool/roof area was worn and could use some upkeep. I was originally told one room, but that changed when I arrived. I felt really uncomfortable checking in with the security guard since I had very little information before arriving. If I spoke Spanish better, the process would have been easier though.

The location was not close enough to fifth Street. There was a lot of dirty trash and stray dogs and not a clean good area. The park was at the end of the street but I took my dog and I felt that I’d keep picking because dogs were barking and somewhere were jumping out at us

They overcharged me for this room. I talked to someone who lives there permanently and they paid 720 a month and they charged me 2000 way overcharged. The pool was on the top of the building and was very small. The elevator broke the last week and they neverfixed it so you can’t go five flights up to the pool I tried it once so they were not on top of it at all. It was not a great experience at all. I would not recommend this place

The elevator was broken the entire visit.

Cozy, out of the busy tourist area but still close enough to walk. Spacious, lots of towels. Smelled good

Sheets had a stain they could pay more attention to detail. They were quick to rectify the situation
