Good location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Very clean. The small rooftop pool area was great on a hot day. We liked that a security person was at the front desk and operated the front door.

We didn’t have hot water in the shower. The water wasn’t cold so it wasn’t a terrible inconvenience but it would have been good to have hot water.

Great apartment, just as good as in the photos and very well equipped and nice roof terrace. I liked the location - close to some decent places to eat and a great deli/fruit and veg shop, mini markets and launderettes. Close enough to Fifth Ave and the beach but far enough away for the location to be quiet. The staff are helpful as long as you can speak enough Spanish to get by.

Arrival seemed challenging, mainly as you need to do it in Spanish. There's a code for the entry door, a code for the apartment door, different wifi codes depending where you are in the building.

the shower was not working properly. Had an issue with the payment. Toilet flush not working properly. Internet nor working properly.

Close to the center but far away enough from the hustle and bustle. Amenities, restaurants, bars and night life are within a 7-10 minute walk. I had good sleep, only interrupted by barking dogs at night, a common problem in Playa. Can't blame host for that. Mega Supermercado is at a walking distance. Hijos Del Mar and Chiltepin, La Bamba Jarocha and Las De AsaDA have the best Ceviche ;) 24/7 building security, access code to get inside the building, the place felt safe. Building amenities were also great, rooftop pool was a great option when Mamita's beach looked like a miso soup due to heaps of sargazo. It's the season you know. The studio itself was spacious, CLEAN, with a great kitchenette that had all cooking utensils and cutlery provided. Internet was very reliable, I had an important promotion interview conducted over the video via Teams and connection didn't disappoint. Smart TV and AC unit were also great. The balcony is cute. Entire stay had a great value. Marieta was super professional as manager and very courteous. Tania and the entire team were mannered and accommodating. I had an initial reservation of 5 days then ended up extending for another 8 days, during which the studio was cleaned TWICE. I totally recommend this place.

Far enough from the loudness but near enough that it walkable to the downtown area. Good amount of space for a solo traveller.

No cleaning, not a very communicative host and weird payment method. Payment method service can be significantly improved. Also, did not provide the code to the door downstairs in a timely manner. Very communicative from the beginning but once the payment went through, not so much. If there was no security, I don't know how I would gave gotten in because the host replied the next day. Maybe should be posted as an Airbnb. For god sakes, please provide toothpaste.

I had reserved the room with a view. Once I check in the Host informs me she gave our room away to another guest. definitely didn’t like the fact that I was moved to a lesser room even tho I paid for the room with a review.

I loved the whole studio. I had a huge tv propped up in front of the comfy bed. I had a full kitchen and patio and it was all super clean and felt new. Also the place was very secure.

I didn’t realize no one would come clean my room and nobody showed me where to take the garbage out. So that is my fault but it could have been more clear.
