The place it’s amazing, the location is superb as well. You average access to the beach promenade from the property and in a short minutes you can be swimming at the beach, you need to use long stairs so be aware of this if you have some days physical issues. Me and my kid went to the beach every day while the ladies stayed and enjoyed the small but good pool with the hammocks. Also the apartment is located within the action places of Playa del Inglés by foot you find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pubs, discos, etc…any option to explore with the family. The apartment itself, we got one on the second floor with ocean view, which I always love. The apartment we got was corner and we had amazing views from inside the apartment windows of the beautiful ocean and also from the terrace plus the pool view. Extra points for the terrace has a very nice size with table and chairs for 5 people to be comfortable. The apartment has two bedrooms with a queen bed one of them and second one two twin beds. Nice living room with good couch, dining area and a small kitchen plus the bathroom with a shower. Also the gated property has very nice greenery and plants that make the place more inviting. The property was also very nicely quiet, no crazy noises or trouble from other host. At my stay we were all mostly families with kids or older couples so it was very pleasant. We had a small issue with one of the doors leading to the terrace on one of The bedrooms and also a shower issue the management right away called the handyman to come resolve the issue. So staff is also great both for fixing the issue and also for welcoming us at the beginning of our stay. Check out for us was a breeze, we left the apartment and left the keys at the designated box. The management has many different properties, not just this one and it shows they know their business. Will definitely try to stay at this place when I come back to the island!

The only mayor issue I saw was the bathroom that has no window or air extraction and because a sauna if you stay inside for more than 10 minutes. Since we needed some privacy we could not leave the door open at all times, so something that if the property installs (air extractors) will make the issue less noticeable. Also there is no AC in the rooms and at night can be get heated, but I imagine installing AC it would be very expensive, perhaps a middle ground of providing some basic ventilators could help. Also there is no private parking only the public parking outside, it can be very challenging to find free spot right by the property but there is a lot of places to park and you will find within walking distance most likely.

The only downside is the apartment is a little outdated.

The location of the property is fantastic. The apartment is large with 2 bedrooms. Very basic. But with a large balcony you can make it home. The cleaning is done very well. The service is 100%. One evening we unfortunately did forget our key, but in 15 minutes everything was organized and we could go back in our apartment again. Thank you again!

The apartment is basic and would love to have to have a touch of 2024. Probably that will influence the price. But due to location, definitely worth every euro.
