The location was perfect and the staff were very helpful and nice to talk to.

The fixtures and furniture are well past there best, the single chair and sofa are very bad and we didn't want to use them. The beds need changing as they are past there best and I decided to sleep on top of the bed and not in it. Patio door handle didn't lock and there was a small catch on the bottom of the door to secure it.

Wonderful view on the ocean from the balcony. Mattresses were comfortable. Quite place of normally very busy playa del ingles destination.

Hot water in the shower lasted only for two people

Location fine and no problem getting access to a sun lounger. Preferred fact it was a smaller location rather than a large building with many guests chasing up too few sun loungers The apartment was large and spacious

Hot water inadequate. Ran out after short time with just one person showering. Second person had to wait for the boiler to heat up the water

the location is superb for walks, dining, bars and entetrtainment

The bed was hard and curved, also the shower was very temperamental, The free wi fi it NOT free for you whole stay, The TV is very limited for English Channels at least.

Great location, a gate at the back of the complex lead onto the promenade. Nice secure complex. Check in was easy and she was really friendly and helpful and gave us tips on places to visit. Good size rooms.

It’s a little dated and needs some love and attention and the cleaning could have been a lot better.
