The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines Lost keys or keys left inside the property incur a fee of €50 during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected from our office. On check-out day, rubbish must be removed from the property. A €150 waste disposal fee will apply if not. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). A link for online check-in will be sent shortly before arrival.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The property was in an amazing location for our group. Just across the road from the beach/sunbeds and shops/restaurants within minutes away. Plenty of room, balcony was amazing. Welcome pack a nice touch. Air conditioning was good in the bedrooms.

The shower in the main bathroom is prone to leaking on the floor if not using the shower hand held but that said is not a big problem if you know about it beforehand.

I was nervous when booking this because so many reviews said about the awful noise of the generator from below. Honestly, it's not something that even registered - especially with the air conditioning white noise drowning it out! I think I heard it once, but it was so insignificant, it didn't even bother. In fact, the place was miraculously quiet for being right on the beach front! The location of this apartment was absolutely incredible. Right on the beach front, in a perfect area for kids to play and swim. The main square just a 5 minute walk away with some incredible restaurants in the little back streets. The place itself was clean, spacious with a well equipped kitchen and all the amenities we needed for a family of 4.

A couple of things could do with a small refresh, but nothing major - it was exactly what we expected.

Amazing location, with an exceptional balcony overlooking the beach. Everything you need is within a few hundred metres.

Quite dated. No air-con in the main living room. Quite difficult to get the hot water consistent - which is a challenge with a family of 5.

Its a litle bit chabby. The dusj was terrible with either kold or to hot water. Mostly cold and poor showet jet. The toilet had bad flush. One sunbed on terrass was broken

"Well located front line apartment"

Location excellent. Good size apartment. Great balcony. Kitchen facilities good.

Couldn't check in before 5pm although check out time is 10 which should allow an earlier check in. Noise of what sounds like a lift every few minutes. This was in the morning before 8 and also in the evening after 10 which affected sleep quality. Bed squeaked with every movement (back bedroom). En suite shower inconsistent - right temperature then either becoming cold or too hot. Other shower also difficult to maintain correct temperature and shower head moves around causing wet floor. No UK tv channels available.
