Luxury Penthouse Puerto de Mogan with great terrace and sea view

Loved our stay. Couldn’t fault anything from start to finish. Loved the two terraces, perfect for dining and relaxing. Lots of space. Lisa who met us on arrival was very pleasant and accommodating. The apartment has everything you would need.

Beautiful apartment - plenty of space - lovely terraces, large bedrooms & bathrooms. Light & modern. With a lift.

Got slightly noisy at the bus terminal and with lorries and then the sanitation plant ran once or twice. Otherwise it’s a lovely view.

Amazing Terrace. You have two terrace. Absolutly comfort aparment like at home. Children love the apartment. Very comfortable. GOOD mattrasses for sleeping. Lisa old lady. Little bit problem With comunication. Probably she can not use the mobilephone. She speaks GOOD german.

The jakuzzi was not working. The beach in Puerto Mógan we dont like it. Small beach full of people. And dirty sea.

AC not working- 4 units but only 1 worked. Expensive for 2 bedroom. Better value in other accommodations.

This is a very nice apartment in a great location and the lift is an added bonus for taking your suitcases up and down. We ate out everyday but the kitchen looked well equipped should you wish to cook. There is a handy Spar shop nearby.

We were met at the apartment by a rather unpleasant woman who gave us the keys and a short tour but gave the impression she couldn't wait to leave. We were led to believe from the listing that parking was available in the garage below the apartment, however we were told on arrival this was occupied. When we asked were we should park she just pointed vaguely off the balcony to the town. After a long journey this wasn't the relaxing start to our holiday we had imagined as we then had to spend an hour driving around the town to find some parking, which we had to pay for on a daily basis. It also meant when we went out in the car to explore the island each day we had to carry all our items with us across the town to the car, walking boots, swimming stuff etc. I emailed the owner three times during our stay regarding the parking but she never bothered to answer. We were quite surprised that the roof terrace is completely separate from the apartment, accessed via the stairwell. You need to lock the apartment and then go upstairs via the stairwell and through another two locked doors. The apartment is opposite a desalination plant (there is no fresh water on Gran Canaria) which is quite noisy, it emits a loud humming noise that some may find unpleasant, however at times the sound is extremely loud, like a large juggernaut, even when you go inside and closed the doors and windows this can still be heard.
