Luxury Penthouse Puerto de Mogan with great terrace and sea view

Great location, just 10 minutes to the beach. There is a Spar shop across the street which is very convenient too. The apartment is very spacious with two terraces, bedrooms and bathrooms. In the evenings you can chillout on the spacious terraces and can even have some barbecues on the upper one. It has all amenities like coffee, spacious fridge, cutleries etc. It's great place to stay when visiting Puerto de Mogan and I highly recommend it when traveling with friends.

It gets hot in apartment but it can be cooled with AC units that are in all rooms. The AC unit in bedroom is not well positioned and it blows on people on the bed.

We liked everything and highly recommend the apartment, it is very well equipped, beautiful decoration, the terraces are huge with a beautiful view over town.

The apartment was amazing! Huge light space amd thw added bonus of a huge private rooftop terrace with hot tub and outdoor kitchen! Check in was easy and the location was ideal being over the road from a Spar and a few minutes walk down the the beach. Perfect holiday for our family 😊

no pool or evening sun

The property is great.In fact it is a double appartement on the 4th floor and already very suitable for 4 persons and on top of that there is a large terrace on the roof. The roof terrace is not directly accessible. It has its own entrance through the stairwell on the 5th floor. The appartement has all amenities you need and for the first days it ia also stocked with water, toilet paper and some drinks. The local spar is a 2 minute walk on the other side of the the dry river. hundreds of television channels available including all dutch channels. There is private parking under the appartement which is a great plus.2 bedrooms with great beds. 2 bathrooms with great showers. a great kitchen. sunchairs on the roof. every morning i watched the sun rise from the balcony and the beautifull blue sea. the terraces are so very beautiful. we could have staid there all day.

For people that like to sit quiet on the terraces: there is a constant low sound zoom of a transformer house near the road in front of the appartement. That might be annoying for people that are sensitive to it. sometimes a second transformer house (located on the other side of the river next to the spar) is also making noise. this was two times during our 10 days stay and we really had to close the windows then. The local host (lisa) could have been some more intimately involved. We tried to use the washing machine ( our children were ill and we needed clean clothes) but we did not know how it worked. When we informed her it first took a day before she responded and it seemed then that she already was aware that the machine was broken since nobody came to the appartement to help us but a mechaniseer was called directly to repair it. strange. I would have expected this appartement had. a local contact person whose qualities were more alligned with this beautiful 300 euro a night appartement. there was also a kind of language barrière because she did nog speak english. The appartement in general is not very soundproof. inside you can hear the conversations from the neighbours. we were lucky to have relatively calm neighbours during our stay. please note that we give this feedback to give other travellers a fair view but it does not have impact on the great stay we had. we will definitely come back

Beautifully appointed and well located apartment. Well stocked and great layout for two couples. Great private rooftop deck with jacuzzi and view of water. Despite comments below, I would recommend this apartment.

There was a bad rain storm about 2-3 weeks before which caused damage to the building such that elevators didn’t work. So 4 of us in our 70s had to take our luggage up 76 stairs (yes, I counted). I’m not complaining about this event as it was beyond the owner’s control but I believe they should have alerted us. Some elderly visitors might not have been able to do this. Person who met us at the apartment was unfriendly (might have been language) and seemed to want to get the heck out of there. Appliances are quite high end, and although manuals were left there, a simple card with basic instructions would be helpful (and I’m quite techie). Example - dishwasher Eco cycle would not work until deselected time. Washing machine upstairs would not drain until empirically pressed buttons and finally got it to work once (still not sure how). There was a water outage one day from about 9am-8pm but this was city wide. We were not made aware of this so could shower, wash dishes etc. The event was out of owners control but would have been nice if we were alerted.
