Lokasi yang menarik berdekatan dgn pasar malam. Walking distance. Banyak kedai makan dan 99speedmart ada di bawah apartment.

Tetapi keadaan rumah tidak diselenggara dengan baik. Rumah berbau hapak..peralatan di dapur usang dan agak kotor..microwave perlu ditukar kerana keadaannya sgt tidak sesuai untuk digunakan..internet tidak stabil. Langsir kotor. Ada sarang labah2 di balkoni. Cadar berlubang. Tiada alas kaki di depan bilik air. Tilam & bantal sudah terlalu lama & tidak selesa (berketul-ketul) Semoga owner ambil maklum dan ambil tindakan. Homestay anda pasti akan menjadi pilihan utama sekiranya ia diselenggara dgn baik kerana lokasinya yg strategik. Selamat maju jaya.
