MYMYLocation. It was close enough to the town centre with all the eateries, Family Mary, 7-11. I had young children and senior citizens so we didn't walk, but it's walkable, 1km walk. Water heater worked well. We all had nice warm shower. The host was responsive and answered our questions promptly.
Many things were lacking. Shower soap/shampoo was empty, toilet paper was almost finished, there were no spoons, only a handful of forks, no kitchen wash cloth, no spare rubbish bin bags, and underneath the beds and sofa was very dusty. (I think these are basic minimum if u want to own a homestay) Not enough plug points in the room, so if u have lots of devices, bring an extension cord. There is no microwave oven. But they do have a pot and kettle and fridge+freezer.
