Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of MYR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

-All room door sound noisy -Hair dryer cannot functions -2nd bathroom sinki problem -No curtains / tinted at the front window frm main door which is can't see clearer inside frm the corridor

the apartment unit is clean and bed is comfortable.

the rice cooker is faulty. some of the power socket is faulty and the ceiling fan's remote control located at the living room is faulty. door knob of 1 of the room is faulty as well.
