Very clean, nice location

Easy access to where I wanted to be for my trip.

There was something wrong with the washing machine it wouldn’t spin?

It was easy to get to and had the necessary amenities for a short stay. All the rooms were spacious and the kitchen was clean.

The double bed was quite uncomfortable as the mattress was very thin. The TV remote didn’t work for the volume and you could only access YouTube. It is on a very busy road which unfortunately you can hear all night. There isn’t much parking either and the nearest car park is a short walk away. Unfortunately, the area isn’t great.

Apartment was spacious

I booked this apartment because it was close to my placement and offered affordable pricing. However, my experience highlighted some significant safety concerns that other travellers may want to consider. The apartment is located in a central area, but I felt unsafe in the neighbourhood from the moment I arrived. The parking provided is in a dark, public car park with no visible security cameras, and during a short daytime walk to the apartment I experienced unwanted attention, including being catcalled and followed. As my work required me to return late at night, I stayed only one night of my seven-night booking. After seeing the area at 8 PM, and later again around midnight, I did not feel safe walking alone back to the apartment, particularly due to large groups of people and aggressive dogs nearby. For my own safety, I chose to book alternative accommodation. I contacted both the letting agency and Booking.com, but have not yet received meaningful support. While I understand that some guests may feel comfortable staying here, my circumstances—being a lone female returning late at night—made this location unsuitable for me. If you are considering this property, I would strongly recommend reviewing local crime statistics, reading previous reviews, and carefully considering your arrival times and personal safety needs. While the property may be cost-effective, there is no price on your own safety.

VERY unclean, bedsheets have been very OVERUSED, smells of damp, Noisey and false advertisement as per Booking.Com pictures !!! Directly above a Methadone supplier with during the night visits

Central. Rooms a good size. Staff helpful. Recommend shawarma city nearby for a cheap meal. Good market Saturday in the town

Had issue with fridge.contacted them changed straight away.
