One of the windows wouldnt close and it was frozen all night and very very noisy so had minimal sleep

No one answered our calls on arrival or email that we sent. Fire alarm was going off the whole time. There was only 1 double bed and the cooker did not work. Very poor!

"Perfect for a short break and close to shops and attractions."

Bright and airy. Heating perfect. Plenty of kitchen items and appliances. Kitchen and bedroom very clean and nicely furnished.

Bath in need of some maintenance where seals and shower screen was concerned. Hair on tiles at bottom of bath so could have had a more thorough clean.
