"We didn’t stay , felt it was an unsafe area but apartment not like photographs. Were in the apartment 5 minutes while we"

We did not stay at the apartment as felt uncomfortable and unsafe with the location

Not as the photos proclaimed. and when we arrived smoke alarm bleeping and needing new batteries. Not a good area . Needs updating.

"Rebecca needs to get off her phone when clients arrive"

I requested an airer and iron and other basics and was assured 'Bobby' would bring them. This never happened. Whatever we didn't have we didn't get.

Rebecca in the office. More intreasted in her phone than getting us to our room. It took over an 2 hours to get the correct keys after an 8 hour drive.

"Directions & entry to the property were clear. Well equipped. Comfy beds & quality bedding."

Brilliant location. Opposite Trinity Green Park and 10 minutes walk to town centre.

There was one window which didn't quite shut properly in the double bedroom. This was only an inconvenience because there is a main road outside the apartment and the sound of the traffic was noticeable when the window was ajar.
