Przepiękny widok na góry to największa zaleta. Dzieciaki mogą szaleć na sankach pod samym domem. Niedaleko mini zoo i alpaki.

Brak zmywarki, kuchnia jakby nie dokończona, brak kostek toaletowych w lazience przez co troche śmierdziało, brak gąbki w kuchni do zmywania.
