Cicha okolica, parking przy apartamencie. Bardzo blisko do szlaków pieszych. Apartament przestronny, ładnie urządzony. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona.

W łazience wylewała się woda spod brodzika prysznicowego. Otwór w brodziku zatkany był szmatą.
