Panoramic sea view apartment in Polis-Latchi

This apartment is such a gem in Paphos area!! The location is perfect if you're looking for a more local rather than touristy vibe. The view is pretty spectacular, not gonna lie. I also appreciated the easy check in and check out.

The only thing I didn't like was the shower. It was almost impossible to find the right water temperature - it was either too hot or too cold, so it became really frustrating to the point where I didn't want to shower at all. (;

I found the location to be perfect, just a 5-minute (by car) to Latchi Beach. The flat is bright and clean, and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking.

I would recommend updating the bathroom telephone as it was pouring, causing us to take double the time for showers. Additionally, I was disappointed with the owner's response when I informed him we would be 20 minutes late for check-out. He stated it was unacceptable and disrespectful, which I found unprofessional.

We return every year, this flat is like a home away from home. The best part is the view from the veranta, exceptional!

Nice and quiet location. Nice view from the balcony towards the fields and the sea.

Not clean enough (the toilet was dirty), the A/C didn't work well and took a lot of hours to heat up the space, pillows were uncomfortable.

The hot/cold water temperature in the shower was a bit difficult to control. Okay once you got the hang of it.

The view from the balcony was great, the rooms were a good size.

Only negative being the building work next door. From 8am the use of jack hammers and drills vibrating through the adjoining walls meant we had to leave the apartment sooner than we would have liked in the morning. We didn’t return until after 5pm as the work was still going on until then. This was a pity as we did not use the great balcony for lunches. We would stay there again but would need assurances that the building works were finished.
