Panoramic sea view apartment in Polis-Latchi

Obviously recently refurbished everything was new so really pleasant. The views were stunning as I took my breakfast on the balcony of a morning. Also household cleaning materials were excellent so I could keep everything clean which I like.

It was a bit further out from polis than I imagined and also according to the map on booking.com. Mind you, it made me walk more which is a good thing. One thing, be mindful that there are two flights of stairs to enter so you need to be able bodied.

Great location. You need a car but this is the case for most properties in Cyprus.

Make sure you close the bathroom door over night, otherwise the noise from the street might wake you up in the morning (not a big deal).

It was raining and cold, but within 15 Minutes warm.throuhh AC heating. Kitchen ok but no sharp knifes. Rest fine..

The VIEW! Amazing! it’s a stunning view from the balcony, bedroom and living room. The apartment was immaculately clean, i’m guessing fairly recently refurbished and to a decent standard. Comfy sofa, really good Wi-Fi, decent kitchen and comfy bed. The host messaged me a few times to check everything was ok and offered a late checkout without any prompting from us. Great value for money.

As others have said….. the apartment block is tired so kerb appeal is low. Once inside, that doesn’t matter. It’s on the main Latchi to Polis road so at certain times it’s quite noisy and there is absolutely no sound proofing to the road. On the plus side, you can shut the bedroom door to block the road noise out at night. The balcony was in the shade in November but maybe that’s a positive in summer!

The apartment was spotless. The apartment itself is not new, but they did a really good job updating it. Everything was new and clean. Extra blankets and pillows. White crispy sheets. The view was so magical that we spent 2 hours in the morning drinking coffee on the balcony and postponed our hike.

The location was perfect. 20 minute walk to either the beach or Polis town centre. Very good value for money

The floor was rather dusty but overall it was a very good stay
