Los ambientes eran amplios. Con buena iluminación natural.

El baño tenía la ducha con hongos y por lo tanto faltaba Higiene En la cosina pocos utensilios, faltaba caldera, alguna fuente, bandeja para el horno. Aparecían cucarachas dentro del apto y hormigas en el patio del fondo
