Apartamento bem amplo, com dois quartos separados, banheiro bom (chuveiro muito bom), cozinha ampla, com sala e uma mesa. Ar condicionado nos dois quartos. Estacionamento muito bom.

O apartamento fica um pouco longe do centrinho, dá para ir a pé, mas preferi ir de carro e estacionar umas quadras a frente. O guarda roupa está antigo, mas supre as necessidades.
