We loved everything about the apartment it was really comfortable and in a quiet area and near a lot food places and not far from town

Spacious, comfortable, great location

Basic flat which could be described fairly as cheap but functional. Easy check in having been supplied the key code from the host via Whatsapp. The flat was located in a good location with a lovely cafe and welcoming pub right (Campbell's) on the doorstep and only a 10-15 minute walk across the river into the main City Centre. Car parking on street free in evenings/overnight - several car parks nearby offering parking during day time hours at reasonable rates.

The place could do with a thorough/deep clean and some modernisation, maintenance and decorating to bring it right up to a decent standard, although this was by far the cheapest accommodation we found in Derry/Londonderry so its very much a case of you get what you pay for. Pictures shown are a reasonable reflection of flat although some elements of property are in a worse condition. Not a real issue for us as it suited what we needed (mostly just as a base and a bed for the night). Bathroom/shower could do with a good revamp - fittings are tired, electric shower isn't great and there was no working extractor fan. Kitchen appears old and falling apart. Windows are stiff, difficult to open/close and could do with replacing. On a main road as well which may not favor some but for us was not a problem.

Feel property could be spruced up a bit and it be excellent but would stay again
