Julies Apartments

Great host and nice solution for one night on our way to Heraklion. Close to beach and tavenas.

Right on the old national road, but the apts are quite soundproof.

We had a great time at Julie's apartments! The place was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Julie and Manthos were great, welcoming hosts. They provided us with all the information we needed as well as with assistance when we had a little health issue. There are local beaches near by as well as a bus stop if you'd like to explore other parts of the island. There are also lots of supermarkets and restaurants close by. Overall a great place!

The apartment was clean and spacious, kitchen has everything needed. The courtyard is lovely with a lot of greenery, located right next to a big supermarket and very close to the beach. Julie and Manos are kind and welcoming, replying to all our questions and really kind!

Very happy for this choice - the apartment is spacious and has a big terrace, kitchen with all the necessary, a supermarket with a morning coffee place just around the corner, different beaches within a walking distance, great tavernas to enjoy the Greek food. Our plane was late nonetheless we were expected by the owners in person and welcomed heartily.

Such a great location, so clean and well looked after, very friendly and helpful owners, lots of beaches and restaurants around, public transport right next to the property- everything was great!

We had an amazing stay in Julies apartments. Hosts are very nice. Julie gave us many tips what to see in Crete. The place was clean and cosy.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying for 14 nights at Julie's apartments. Julie met us on arrival even though our flight was delayed and gave us home baked biscuits and Raki. She gave us info on the area, restaurants, bus services and where to find the best beaches. The apartments are centrally located next to all the amenities and about 5 minutes walk from a sandy beach. As it is central a bit of noise can be expected from the hustle and bustle of the town. There is a bus stop just a couple of minutes walk away with regular buses all day. The apartment was beautifully cleaned and new sheets / towels provided every 3 days. It's well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We were in a family apartment with a large balcony. Julie and Manthos were great hosts, always available but in no way intrusive. They emailed us when we were at the airport to check our flight home was running (due to the problems with air traffic control in the UK) and offered any help if we needed it. Hopefully we will return in the not too distant future.

The room was very clean and in a convenient central location.

The room was a bit dark. Also it would have been helpful to know that the room didn't have a balcony and that the terrace was not really private.

the location was important to me, not too far from the airport Julie and her husband are true hosts, they make you feel really welcome, cookies and raki were offered, YUM! Julie also gave me some very good tips for my trip to the east of Crete, see pics of Agios Nikolaos and Plaka

if only there was a pool...... no worries however, the sea is close by, as Julie told me but seriously, I cannot think of anything negative
