There was so much for the kids! Loved the little things like the share box for sand toys!

Super comfortable beds. Loved the decor!

Light fixtures needed dusted. Toilet seats needed replacing. Had stains. New outdoor rug is needed.

Condo was beautifully designed and clean. The owners thought of all the basic necessities so that was nice to have (beach umbrella, chairs, beach bag if needed, beach towels!). Well thought out seating throughout the condo, spacious enough and bed was super comfy!

“registration fee” not notated before booking which I was told after paying for condo was $35 but apparently has been increased to $40 which pays for parking pass and wristbands for facility. The children’s pool/splash pad or tiny water park that we booked this condo for along with all the pools really were ICE cold, kids area we could barely stick feet in it was so cold (which was the whole reason we booked this condo) and 1 of the 4 is pools my little one made do in the cold water, likely helped that it was in direct sunlight.

The condo was exceptional. Tastefully decorated, everything we needed was there, the bed was the most comfortable vacation bed I’ve ever slept in, and the view was perfect. The bed linens and towels very nice. We felt like we didn’t miss anything from home. It was a comfortable fit for me and my husband, two preschool kids and a mother in law. There were even thoughtfully placed power strips which was so nice. :) The poolside bar and restaurant food and drinks were outstanding and staff was very nice. Plenty of close parking near the buildings. It’s a close walk to restaurants and shops. You really don’t have to leave the resort if you didn’t want to.

The resort property could use some cosmetic updates, paint chipping, nicer poolside chairs etc. I wish the heated pools were a bit warmer since there is a lot of shade. But I appreciated the availability of shaded space for the kids and it’s a tolerable temperature to swim in the sun. The splash pad was so fun but very cold. Big hot tub right next to the pool.
