Spot Apartment

New apartment, close to city center. Very convenient for us the washing machine and the dryer. Modern and cosy. Very good choice especially if it had a better price.

Noisy area, not kids friendly at the street but no noise in the apartment. We had to make our own bed; for the price we paid i would expect a room ready to use. One small towel for 4 persons was not enough. Too expensive, not a value for money.

First and foremost, if and when I return to Palma, I will absolutely look into staying at this apartment again! The space and location is absolutely perfect - ample AC, fast WiFi, a washer / dryer, kitchen with an oven, stove top, and dish / cookware needed for most cooking, and much more. The location couldn’t be better; numerous bars and restaurants at your doorstep but strangely very quiet in the apartment, even on Friday and Saturday nights. Street parking was never an issue like I thought it might be given how central the location is. Quick to get on and off main streets to navigate the city and island fairly easily. A 24/7 grocery / convenient store is a 1/2 block away from the front door where you can get the basics. Couple favorite spots during our stay were Palma Bread and Plant Shack, both a 5m walk at most, and Quentin’s Saloon (1 block away). Overall, great apartment, great amenities, and a great location - would highly recommend.

The bed in the bedroom was quite large. My ONLY mild complaint of this apartment is the primary bed wasn’t the most comfortable. However, this is a very mild concession to make for all the amazing parts of the apartment with the location being the best part.

Super Lage und Ausstattung! Es gab dicke Decken im Schrank, die wir im Dezember gebraucht haben! Außerdem ist mir das Glätteisen im Badezimmer aufgefallen, sowas ist ja nicht selbstverständlich!!

Leider ist der Inder direkt unten drunter oft sehr laut, sogar Sonntag Abends. Das Apartment liegt in der Party Straße in Santa Catalina. Aber nicht unerträglich laut, wir haben mit Ohrstöpsel geschlafen und es war gut. Das Schlafzimmer geht hinten raus. Die Matratze ist leider auch etwas härter. Das war auch alles.

Location was ideal. It may be a hood idea to mention the steep staircase as ypu enter the street door. Was quite hard for us to get heavy cases up and down.

I think luggage storage if you gave a late flight. Though we were given details of lockers to use but found some nearer to Old Town where we were going to eat. Was quite a wslk with heavy cases.

Sehr schönes, sauberes, gemütliches und geräumiges Apartment in perfekter Lage. Altstadt schnell erreichbar, viele kleine Restaurants in der Umgebung. Auch der Airportbus ist in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Viele Lampen sorgen für tolles Licht... Der Vermieter war stets per whatsapp erreichbar und ermöglichte uns, die Koffer eher abzustellen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gern wiederkommen.

Abends einige Geräusche aus der Bar im Nebenhaus. Man muss wissen, dass eine recht enge, steile Treppe zur Wohnungstür führt. Das könnte für ältere Gäste problematisch sein.
