Spot Apartment

The location was perfect and it was easy to walk to the harbor, cathedral, restaurants, etc. We traveled there in late November and a fun Christmas market had opened just 3 blocks away featuring ice skating and tasty drinks/food.

The stairs up to the apartment reminded me of climbing a Mayan monument in Belize. Luckily our bags were light.

El apartamento y la ubicación no son ideales si viajas con un bebé, ya que todas las noches se oye la música de los bares de al lado en el dormitorio.

Comfortable, ben decorat, net i funcional

Die Lage des Appartements ist fantastisch - man ist in ein paar Minuten in der Altstadt von Palma. Es stehen ein Doppelbett und eine Schlafcouch zur Verfügung (dieses ist dank einer zusätzlichen Auflage sehr bequem). Das Appartement ist wie beschrieben und abgebildet. Die Kommunikation verlief einwandfrei. Wir konnten unsere Koffer schon vor dem Check-In in das Appartement bringen. Die Küche ist klein, aber fein und hat alles, was man benötigt. In der Nähe befinden sich ein Markt, viele Lokale, ein kleiner Supermarkt und tolle Bäckereien. Ich empfehle das Appartement für einen Aufenthalt in Palma!

Man sollte wissen, dass steile Stufen von der Straße in das Appartement führen. Am Abend ist es etwas lauter - unter dem Appartement und gegenüber befinden sich Lokale. Wir haben aber trotzdem fantastisch geschlafen!

The aparment is located in the brilliant place - everything you can get on foot: Cathedral, museums, bars, restaurants, the sea, yahts etc. Concerning the apartment, you have everything you need there: the kitchen with all appliance, the TV with Netflix and Disney+ (kids will love it), table games for a company, a bed + 1 sofa for 2 person, so generally it perfectly fits for the whole family. The owners answers immediately.

There might be a loud noice from the bars but remember, the apartment is located in the center!

Schön eingerichtet und ausreichende Ausstattung. Tolle Lage: Club, Bars und Restaruants grad an der Strasse/im Quartier, zu Fuss in 15min in der Altstadt mit Sehenswürdigkeiten und Shoppingmöglichkeiten.

Great location and facilities.

A true gem in the heart of Santa Catalina, just steps from the local market and surrounded by vibrant restaurants and bars. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully and tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The small balcony overlooking the lively street was the perfect spot to soak in the neighborhood’s atmosphere. Our host was fantastic and provided all the information we needed. I’d definitely love to stay here again when visiting Palma

No sé si me gustó más el apartamento, la ubicación, o el trato del anfitrión, todo ha sido estupendo y estamos muy muy agradecidos por habernos hecho el viaje mucho más cómodo. Volveremos sin duda, lo recomendamos 100%.
