Very close to the centrum. Good and fast contact with the ovner.

Location is perfect. Very clean ( well done for person who is cleaning 👏). Everything is available like you are at home. Communication with owner was very easy and organised. I can say big Thank you!

First night was little bit noisy from the bar which is on the ground floor.

Beautifully decorated apartment in a lively street near the old town. We could visit all the landmarks of Palma on foot. It also takes a short walk to the railway and bus stations as well as to nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment is tastefully decorated (everything is like on the pictures on the Booking site and even more beautiful) and there`s everything you need for your stay. Communication with the owner was easy and the owner contacted us to ask if we needed anything. Easy check in and check out.

The steep stairs to the entrance to the apartment were not a problem for us even though we had a larger suitcase, but it may not be the easiest for the elderly or small children.

The decoration and the location. We requested a crib as we were traveling with a baby, and they included that to the apartment without additional cost.

Nicely furnished. Enjoyed the balcony. Location is perfect! (Could park the scooter outside. Roof top bar on top of hotel Cuba yards away. Cathedral etc across the end of the road). Loads of restaurants in Palma and a number of bars and restaurants just outside the property. The photos are true to the property.

Slightly noisy in evening but considering the location to be expected and wasn’t too intrusive. We were coming in late anyway so wasn’t an issue.

The apartment is beautiful, very well decorated and truly feels like a home. Small details like plants and art work makes it feel really cosy. Nacho (the host) is superb and you're in good hands, great recommendations and there for any questions. Location is brilliant, close to quirky bars and restaurants and a great neighbourhood. Yes it is busy on a weekend, but not off putting.

Loved this apartment. Couldn’t have been in a better location for us. Right in the middle of Santa Catalina on ‘Carrer Sant Magi’ where there are so many quirky bars and restaurants. Close to the harbour. Nacho was really helpful, he gave some great recommendations and was really accommodating with our late departure, he’s a great host. Apartment had everything we needed and more, clean, comfortable and really spacious. Thank you! We’ll be back!

The Place was Great. The Location couldnt be better. The host was available at all time and sent us some restaurant tips in the area. The apartment is located directly in the trendy Santa Catalina district with some bars and restaurants. As soon as you close the windows, you don't notice anything from the outside. the apartment was very clean. we would come back any time.
