Great location with great access to the markets, restaurants and taxi stop.

In the evening, it can be a bit loud the music from the bars downstairs, but it is in the city center, you really could not entirely avoid it.

Location was great. Host was fantastic, replied to all our questions really quickly and gave us great recommendations. Apartment was everything we needed. Can highly recommend

Brilliant location on the edge of old Palma town. The apartment is clean & bright and comfortable. It is well located for bars and restaurants on a busy street, so don't expect peace & quiet all the time. The host is super responsive and helpful.

Everyone has mentioned this, but be ready for the steep stairs (only up one floor) and mind your head.

Location is excellent - just a couple of minutes walk from many restaurants. Apartment is well labelled on the street so easy to find on foot and in a taxi (and taxi pick up to the airport had no problem finding us). Furnished very nicely with most things you might need. Water pressure in shower is great and the water was very hot.

As mentioned in other reviews, the stairs up to the apartment are very steep so be sure that you can manage the access. Dining table is wobbly and there were only two dining chairs - something that can be easily fixed and that would improve the experience for families.

Perfect apartment in lovely neighbourhood in Palma. It’s spacious, well decorated and no noise from outside enters the building. Highly recommend.

The location was great, nestled on a street with lots of choices for bars and restaurants. The bedroom is in the back and was surprisingly quiet even when the street was loud and bustling. we loved the bed and were thankful for the a/c back there. it was so nice to have a kitchen to make coffee in, as well as a washer to do a load of laundry before the rest of the trip. The owner was very helpful with recommendations during the visit too, and the communication was quick and clear.

The stairs leading to the apartment are very steep so you need to be aware if you have a large bag.
