Cela manque un peu d’équipements : couverts : 2 fourchettes pour 5 personnes, pas de tire bouchon, pas de balai,

El apartamento es un dúplex bastante acogedor. Éramos 7 personas y hemos estado muy agusto. Todo limpio. Camas cómodas..baños muy bien.

Al apartamento le falta una tostadora para poder desayunar con tostadas..... Y un tendedero para tender la ropa. Las persianas son automáticas y estaban algunas estropeadas pero no fue muy importante.

Once they cleaned the apartment, the decor was nice.

Unfortunately, a terribly disappointing stay and interaction. We were told we wouldn’t receive the entry codes until the apartment was cleaned only to arrive to a disgusting mess, unclean apartment at 6 pm after a very long travel day. Thankfully, the cleaning team came at 6:30 pm. Other issues- ants in the kitchen, bathroom sink didn’t drain, dirty dishes in the cupboard, poorly equipped kitchen with only a few utensils, an unappealing neighborhood with a huge rat running across the street when we left. And, worst of all, absolutely poor support and communication when we asked to have the problems resolved. The advertising of this apartment made it seem much nicer than it was.

Basically a well-equipped apartment in a good location. It was not very clean though, we informed them and they will speak with housekeeping service. Check in was a little complicated as we booked last minute and then we needed to whatsapp IDs, a video of the tax payment box etc. first to get the door code at night, as there is nobody on site.

Check In procedure could be improved a little as the video was not charging last minute on WhatsApp. And our car was taken away by the police overnight as we parked on a public car park but which had a Portuguese sign saying not allowed the next morning, so an adresse of an official car park beforehand would have avoided this.
