"A NIGHTMARE"

Location

This building HAS NO ELEVATOR. HAS NO HOT WATER FOR MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE to shower at a time. The hot water tank capacity is only 75 litres, which makes it impossible for 9 to take a shower. Other guests have complained about this issue in other reviews as well. We offered the host to pay for one night (the night we stayed) and get a refund for the remainder of the stay so we could look for different lodgings. HOST REFUSED to do anything to compensate or to refund for the large inconvenience. We were 9 people. One elderly couple decided to leave and stay in a Hotel. Even despite knowing they would not be getting a refund. Another elderly couple could not afford the luxury and had to ration showers with the rest of us. It was HUMILIATING. We are very unsatisfied and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
