Sabbia Suites Sea View La Playita

The apartment is in a great location and the views from the front/balcony are amazing. It was lovely to sit on the balcony early morning and again in the evening just watching people pass and taking in the views of the sea. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all of a good size - beds were very comfortable. Ideal apartment for the two of us - would easily accommodate 3 couples. Although it is over a bar the chatter of the customers was no problem in the evening. Generally it closed 11:30pm ish. Lots to like about this property and I can definitely recommend.

Arrived at Arricife airport in the evening 19:30 ish, and waiting for the taxi, realised we had still not received any message regarding the code for the key box! However, on messaging the property I was sent the code. Would have preferred not to have been worrying on arrival.

L'appartamento si trova in posizione strategica a Puerto del Carmen, con affaccio sul lungomare. E' molto spazioso, con 6 posti letti in totale e due bagni e troverete tutto l'occorrente. Dalla terrazza c'è una bellissima vista sul mare

L'unico aspetto negativo è che al piano terra ci sono dei locali quindi può capitare che salga un po' di puzza di cibo e che ci sia confusione alla sera

L'appartement était propre cependant vous avons retrouver plusieurs cafards dans le logement (mort et vivant) !

Nice to have 2 bathrooms

Totalmente céntrico , en pleno paseo marítimo y en la mejor zona. El apartamento es grande , tres habitaciones grandes, dos baños y gran salón . Pasillo muy largo . Pudimos aparcar en la calle de acceso , vecinal y sin salida. Urnas vistas al mar desde la terraza. Se pudo dormir bien a pesar del ruido exterior, ya que este termina pronto y además las habitaciones están bastante alejadas del salón.

En la terraza no es muy agradable estar debido al continuo olor a comida que sube desde el bar de abajo. Bar de abajo muy ruidoso por cierto. El aislamiento de la puerta de la terraza no existe y se oye todo desde el salón. No hay cortina en la puerta de la terraza, poca intimidad, se te ve desde la calle.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was very close to a all you can eat Chinese buffet.

Sometimes the noise from the surrounding pubs etc was very loud
