L'appartamento è bello, ben curato e con una bella vista dal salone. Un bel terrazzo dove fare colazione e mangiare, leggere un libro e prendere il sole. La camera da letto matrimoniale rimane sul retro in una posizione tranquilla e silenziosa, la seconda camera a due letti anche. Il bagno ha un comodissimo spazio riparato ma areato con un accesso da porta a vetri, con lavatrice, stendipanni, asse da stiro, utensili per la pulizia. Siamo stati ai primi di dicembre quindi la temperatura era ideale, ne troppo caldo ne freddo. Ci sono stati dei problemi appena arrivati con il numero di appartamento e le chiavi che non erano state comunicate correttamente, ma la gentilissima Miranda si è impegnata per risolvere tutto.

Das Apartment liegt ideal in Puerto del Carmen – nur wenige Schritte von der Playa und der Promenade entfernt, mit schönem Meerblick vom Balkon. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und bietet eine gute Basis für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit stabilem WLAN ausgestattet. In der Umgebung findet man alles Nötige: Supermarkt, Restaurants und den Strand bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders positiv waren die bequemen Betten mit harten Memoryschaum-Matratzen, die für hervorragenden Schlaf sorgten. Der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert und kontaktlos. Praktisch ist außerdem die eigene Waschmaschine, um Handtücher oder Kleidung zwischendurch zu waschen. Auf Anfrage wurde uns sogar kostenlos ein Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt – ein Hochstuhl wäre hier noch eine schöne Ergänzung gewesen.

Weniger ideal war die Küchenausstattung, die etwas umfangreicher sein könnte – ein paar zusätzliche Töpfe oder eine Reibe wären hilfreich. Außerdem befindet sich direkt unter den Apartments eine Karaoke-Bar, die bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut ist und die Nachtruhe deutlich stört.

The apartment was perfect for our trip. We were looking for a relaxing week. A quiet area overlooking the sea. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by, but no noise at night locally. The balcony enjoyed the sun all day, so if feeling lazy a perfect suntrap. Overall a fabulous location.

One negative is the lack of air-conditioning. Late October 25 degrees still too hot at night, but I'd be reluctant to book during summer months as it may be too hot. Fans are provided, but not the same as AC

Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in het appartement. De grootte en de indeling zorgden voor een gezellige en huiselijke sfeer. Wat direct opviel was de smaakvolle inrichting en hoe schoon en goed verzorgd alles was bij aankomst – dat gaf meteen een prettig gevoel. Een absoluut hoogtepunt was het prachtige uitzicht over zee. Het was heerlijk om ’s ochtends met een kop koffie te genieten van het uitzicht en de rust. Daarnaast was het appartement van alle gemakken voorzien: alle benodigde apparatuur was aanwezig, wat het verblijf extra comfortabel maakte. Kortom, een fijne plek waar duidelijk aandacht is besteed aan zowel comfort als sfeer. We zouden hier zeker graag nog eens terugkomen!

Het was voor ons handiger geweest om vóór aankomst instructie te sturen, welk huisje en de code om het sleutelkastje te openen. Het was voor ons zoeken bij aankomst!

Great balcony,great view of sea .Spotless and very comfortable bed .Supplies of water.ect there to get u started. Loads of shops and restaurant's nearby .its situated on strip but not noisy .This is my third trip there and I be back next year .
