The unit is clean, well maintained, well equipped and well aired and air conditioned.

The location and the view facing a construction site. Luckily there were no work done, so the noise level was at a minimum. The road into the midhills area was very close by to construction sites, so it was not really well kept and very dusty.

Its basic. Nothing extraordinary.

Basic water filter not provided. We need buy water bottles. The nearest shop is far. Not suitable for big groups. Essential to only small family. I booked 3 units for 3 families. I wanted side by side but booking.com said two unit same floor and another unit different floor. We agreed. During stayover we received all units are at different floor and one more at different tower. It was hard with our folks around. The customer service is not acceptable as they just denied (no more rooms at this type). Why did not inform earlier as I would find other places. Disappointed. The most unacceptable is booking.com charged me Rm1228.75 for 3 units for but receipt was RM1216.58. when I ask this discrepancy both booking.com and Midhills Residence point each other for the explanation however I didn't get any solution. In the end I just paid extra for no reason.

The house is clean. Got balcony, no need to open ac just open the sliding door. Chill till bone.

The water pressure is damn low. No tv reception at all. Toilet clean but got a bit bad odour.
